Fees for renting the Old Normal for your event needs.

Wedding Rental

$1000

The wedding rental pricing is for our standard two day rental fees for all weddings.

Additional fees may occur due to multiple events, and/or multiple days that are requested and will be disclosed when you book your reservation.

Standard Rental

$150

The standard rental pricing is for graduations, birthday celebrations, celebration of life and meeting/conference rentals. The standard rate is for events that are less than one day, and under 75 attendees,

Any and all information contained herein is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without further notice . Renter and all parties accept total responsibility for any and all injuries or damages of any kind which may result from any reason in the use of the facility, and it is the Renter's intention to HOLD HARMLESS Historic Ladoga, Inc and all board members for any injury sustained by the Renter or anyone else, regardless of cause, while using the above described facility. All parties agree to terms and conditions when booking reservations.
